And we are making another one for this year

Last year we all checked that our listings and boat names were correct.... so THIS YEAR ... we were hoping that you could all help us out by,

Some of you don’t have any spare time to come down to meetings, bring a hammer to the docks, flip a burger at an event etc.  but you may be able to advertise your business or ask your boss or your neighbour if they would like to support a community minded club by taking out a little ad in our Top-Notch Yearbook.

You get a copy of the yearbook AND placement of your ad in the Advertiser’s wall of Fame in the lower level of the clubhouse.

If you are interested, you can email Joan Costa and get all of the details

Volunteers Appreciation Night

To: NYC Volunteers

The majority of the work at NYC is done by volunteers, it has always been our Club's greatest strength.

On March 16th (1700-2100 hrs), the Commodore and Executive of NYC are hosting a Volunteer Appreciation Night, and you are invited.  The Evening will include dinner and beverages, we have some interesting speakers, and it will be an opportunity for all the people that make NYC work to socialize for a few hours.  To get some numbers for the caterer, I would ask volunteers who plan to attend to RSVP to by Feb. 28th.  You may receive more than one invitation if you are on more than one Committee, you need only respond once.

Spouses are welcome.  We hope you can attend.

On behalf of the Executive Committee
