This is the "6-bolt faceplate" Sherwood raw water pump, commonly found on ealier Kubota small diesels (e.g. M3-20).  Carried as a spare (simpler to change the whole pump than to change the impeller).  If it was to be used full-time, I would first send it for re-build (new graphite bushing to stop drips).  Includes a bonus new impeller and gaskets.  Make an offer...
